Veritas Kapital Assurance Bags Double Awards

Veritas Kapital Assurance Plc emerged as a  winner at the 2024 Customer Service Excellence Awards, earning two prestigious titles: Insurance Brand of the Year and Best Customer Care Insurance Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Year.

The awards ceremony, held recently, recognised the company’s dedication to exceptional customer service and strong brand leadership. Dr. Adaobi Nwakuche, the Managing Director and CEO of Veritas Kapital Assurance, received the Diamond Award for Outstanding CEO Leadership, while the company itself was honoured with the Gold Award for Outstanding Customer Engagement.

The awards were presented on Friday by the organisers of the Customer Service Excellence Awards. Dr. Nwakuche’s Diamond Award was collected on her behalf by the Regional Head of Lagos and South, Mr. Godwin Agbonaye, who also accepted the Gold Award for Outstanding Customer Engagement. Meanwhile, the Gold Award for Insurance Brand of the Year was received by the Head of Marketing and Corporate Communications, Mr. Arinze Adigwe, highlighting the company’s commitment to customer-centric innovation and its strong market presence.

Speaking on behalf of the organisers, Mr. Abidemi Adesanya commended Veritas Kapital Assurance for prioritising its customers.
