Neimeth International Pharmaceuticals Plc has announced the appointment of Ms. Patricia Aderibigbe and Mr. Adeyemi Odusanya as Independent Non-Executive Directors and Mr. Christopher Oshiafi as a Non-Executive Director.
These strategic appointments aim to strengthen the company’s governance and drive its growth trajectory.
The announcement, disclosed through a recent corporate filing on the Nigerian Exchange (NGX) on November 12, 2024, and signed by Company Secretary, Chinenye S. Adekanmbi, confirmed that the appointments took effect since on October 29, 2024.
Ms. Aderibigbe brings a wealth of experience spanning over three decades in human resources, corporate strategy, and leadership. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature and a Master of Arts in English Literature from the University of Ibadan, complemented by advanced qualifications in Human Personnel Management and Employment Relations and Law from the UK.
Her career highlights include serving as Chief Operating Officer at Heirs Holdings and Tenoil Energy, as well as Group Head of Human Resources at United Bank for Africa. Currently, she is the Director of Corporate Services at the Africa Finance Corporation.
A seasoned banker with over 27 years of expertise in finance and strategic leadership, Mr. Odusanya graduated with First Class Honours in Accounting from Obafemi Awolowo University and holds a Master’s in Finance from HEC Paris.
He has held crucial roles in top financial institutions, including Access Bank Plc and Keystone Bank Limited, where he is currently an Executive Director. His extensive professional affiliations include Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and Honourable Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria.
As a seasoned professional in the corporate finance sector, Mr. Oshiafi’s appointment adds further depth to the board.
