GTBank Wins Awards For CSR

Guaranty Trust Bank Ltd (GTBank), a subsidiary of Guaranty Trust Holding Company Plc (GTCO), has been named the Best Bank for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in Nigeria at the 2024 Euromoney Awards for Excellence.

 The accolade recognises GTCO’s commitment to using its resources to drive positive societal change beyond offering innovative financial services.

The Euromoney Awards, known for spotlighting excellence in the financial services industry, commended GTCO’s impactful CSR initiatives across key areas such as education, health, community development, and financial inclusion. The bank’s flagship CSR programs, the GTCO Food and Drink Festival and GTCO Fashion Weekend, provide budding and established entrepreneurs with platforms to showcase their skills, connect with wider audiences, and boost their businesses without incurring costs.

In addition to these platforms, GTCO is also lauded for its annual Autism Programme, part of the Orange Ribbon Initiative. The programme supports individuals with developmental disabilities, with a focus on those living with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), offering long-term care and promoting awareness around developmental challenges.
