The Central Securities Clearing Systems (CSCS) PLC has strengthened its Board of Directors with the appointment of two accomplished female leaders, Mrs. Bola Adesola and Dr. Aisha Muhammed-Oyebode.
The announcement, made on September 25, 2024, underscores the company’s commitment to enhancing its leadership with seasoned professionals who bring significant experience across financial services, corporate governance, and social impact sectors.
According to a statement released by CSCS, both appointees have achieved remarkable success in their respective fields and are expected to play crucial roles in driving the company’s continued growth in the Nigerian capital market.
Mr. Temi Popoola, Chairman of the CSCS Board, expressed his enthusiasm over the appointments, describing them as a testament to the company’s dedication to diversity and innovation.
