Choice International Group (CIG) Motors and First City Monument Bank (FCMB) have partnered to make vehicle ownership easier and more accessible for both individuals and businesses.
The announcement was made during the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) at the CIG Motors Grand Auto Fair in Lagos, recently.
This partnership introduces a flexible auto financing solution that allows customers to secure loans of up to ₦70 million for purchasing brand-new GAC Motor vehicles, with repayment plans extending up to five years.
The auto loan scheme comes with a host of benefits, including free vehicle registration, a complimentary service package for the first year, a ₦600,000 fuel voucher, a five-year or 150,000-kilometer warranty, and accessories such as fire extinguishers and foot mats.
Speaking on the collaboration, Mr. Jubril Arogundade, Executive Director of CIG Motors, highlighted the initiative’s focus on empowering Nigerians. “With this new partnership, we are driving towards a future where more Nigerians can enjoy world-class mobility and meet their aspirations. By combining CIG Motors’ expertise in automotive excellence and FCMB’s robust financial solutions, we are fostering economic growth and enabling dreams,” he said.
Mrs. Yemisi Edun, Managing Director of FCMB, represented by FCMB’s National Head of Sales, Mr. Emmanuel Comla, emphasised the bank’s commitment to providing opportunities for Nigerians to own their dream vehicles.
She remarked, “This partnership eases the challenges often associated with acquiring a vehicle, turning this cherished life milestone into a smooth and enjoyable experience. As a responsive institution, we ensure our customers, including first-time buyers, can now own the car of their choice without hassle.”
