Nigeria LNG Limited (NLNG) has announced a significant rebranding initiative, marked by the launch of a new logo that embodies the company’s commitment to energy innovation and sustainability.
The rebrand highlights NLNG’s strategic shift from being seen solely as a gas company to positioning itself as a broader energy provider, dedicated to fostering a greener environment and supporting sustainable energy solutions for Nigerians and global customers.
At a recent press briefing in Lagos, NLNG’s General Manager of External Relations and Sustainable Development, Mr. Andy Odeh, shared insights into the rebrand while announcing his retirement.
Mrs. Sophia Horsfall, who will take over the role, was introduced as his successor. Mr. Odeh emphasised that the rebranding symbolises NLNG’s vision to embrace innovation and sustainability. He expressed gratitude to the media for their support over his 26-year tenure and requested that they continue to extend the same cooperation to Mrs. Horsfall.
In her remarks, Mrs. Horsfall highlighted that the new brand identity signifies more than a visual change; it reflects NLNG’s deeper purpose of ensuring clean, accessible, and reliable energy for all. She acknowledged the media’s critical role in shaping public perception and building trust, committing to strengthen the partnership further.
“Your support, time, and insights are vital to our continued success, and we are truly grateful for the critical role you play in our journey,” Mrs. Horsfall stated. She expressed her eagerness to collaborate closely with the media to elevate NLNG’s influence and realize their shared vision for the future of energy in Nigeria.
